Where UK data protection law applies, we process ordinary personal information under an appropriate lawful basis under the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR"), including where processing is necessary to provide the service you have requested, to comply with legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests where those interests do not override your rights.
Information concerning your health is special-category personal data.
Where appropriate, AsthmaMate relies on your explicit consent to process health information for the health-management and personalisation features you choose to use.
You may withdraw your consent, subject to applicable legal requirements. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
